Famas: The Budget Friendly CT Rifle
The FAMAS rifle is available on the Counter-Terrorist side. It’s a good choice when you’re low on cash but still need decent firepower. The FAMAS has a unique burst-fire mode that shoots three rapid bullets at an 800 RPM fire rate. When the burst mode is activated, both standing and crouching accuracy improves significantly. The accuracy almost matches the AUG and SG 553 when they are zoomed in. However, the single-shot accuracy is the lowest across all rifles.
The FAMAS has some downsides. One of them is the significant damage drop-off over distance, which means you’ll need to land more shots to kill an enemy at long range. The spray can also be tricky to control due to an irregular recoil pattern.
