The Lithuanian Rifler Takes a Competitive Break
Justinas “jL” Lekavicius has decided to step away from NAVI’s active roster, choosing to take a break from competitive Counter-Strike to focus on his health and life outside the server. The news was announced by NAVI, who described jL as one of the most charismatic and positive figures the team has seen in recent years.
Time for a Pause, Not a Goodbye
jL’s decision comes after a demanding run with NAVI. The Lithuanian rifler was open about his reasons, sharing that he no longer felt the same drive for top-level competition and wanted to prioritize his physical and mental health. In a video message, he talked about needing time to recharge, spend time with family, and explore personal passions.
The sole reason for competing in tier one is being the best, and being the best requires a lot of sacrifice, and that’s what I cannot give anymore. I really want to enjoy myself. I want to try myself out in different things.
