Valve update Major Map Pool
Train which was removed from the competitive map pool in May 2021, underwent a remake and was reintroduced on November 14, 2024, to be played in offical game modes. Valve revealed that Train will replace Vertigo in the BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025.
Following the update from Valve, ESL has revised their tournament map pool, replacing Vertigo with the newly introduced map with immediate effect. This means you can look forward to see pro players competing on the map in the first tournament of the year, IEM Katowice 2025.
