How fast can you shoot without missing?

The No-Miss exercise is an aim practice where your primary goal is to hit every shot without missing. The exercise provides you with the discipline to choose accuracy over speed.

The No-Miss exercise is excellent as a brief warm-up before starting your initial aim training routine.

Choose a map like Aim Botz or CSGOHUB where the bots stand still.

Exercise instructions

  • Start by shooting at a speed where you can easily hit each target
  • Slowly but gradually increase your shooting speed
  • If you miss a shot, reset and start again at a slower speed
  • Continue for 5-10 minutes.

Best way to reset

Close your eyes, take a deep breath through your nose, and exhale slowly through your mouth. This will help refocus your mind and prevent frustrations from building up.

Balancing Speed and Accuracy

While accuracy is the primary focus of this exercise, it’s important to gradually increase your shooting speed. The ultimate goal is to enhance the speed at which you can consistently maintain 100% accuracy.

Enhance training with a metronome

Incorporating a metronome can add an engaging element to the exercise. By synchronizing your shooting with a rhythmic beat, you can more easily control the difficulty and adjust the speed as needed. When you feel comfortable at a certain level, try increasing the metronome speed by 3-5 BPM.
