Community Reactions: A Mix of Hype and Hope

FUT Esports’ move into Counter-Strike definitely got people talking. One of the biggest reasons was ScreaM. Fans are excited to see him back in the game, even if he’s starting out as a content creator and sixth player. Many are curious to see if he can grind his way back to top-level play.

The rest of the team also got some attention, especially since it sticks to a French-speaking lineup. That’s pretty rare these days, with most teams going international. Some fans really liked that choice and saw it as a step toward rebuilding French Counter-Strike. Others were more skeptical, wondering if this mix of veterans and lesser-known players could really compete at a high level.

Overall, people seem cautiously hopeful. There’s excitement about seeing familiar faces back on a team, and while no one’s calling them a top contender just yet, there’s interest in how far this group can go.
