Structured CS2 Aim Training
Most CS2 players train aim without a clear plan. They warm up, shoot bots, and hope they improve.
The Metronome Aim Training Program gives your Aim Botz training a clear structure. You train your ability to stay calm, confirm your aim, and take cleaner first shots instead of rushing it.
You start with a baseline test, then follow 6 weeks of guided metronome training with built-in BPM targets, KPM logging and calculated accuracy, based on how close your KPM is to the target BPM.
Built Like Real Training
This program is inspired by simple, well-tested principles from strength training: start with a baseline, train with planned progression, increase difficulty gradually, and track your results over time.
You always know what BPM to train at, what set comes next, and how your KPM and calculated accuracy are developing.
Why Metronome Training Helps
A metronome gives you a controlled rhythm to train against, helping you slow down rushed shots, confirm your aim, and build cleaner first-shot timing.
Progression Based On Your Baseline
The program starts by finding your baseline BPM. From there, CS LAB creates your weekly BPM targets and gradually increases the difficulty across the 6-week plan.
Each training day has clear targets, so you always know exactly what to do next.
How It Works
Step 1: Take Your Baseline Test
Open Aim Botz, close 3 of 4 areas, and use MODE #1: 100 kills 90°.
You complete 10 BPM rounds from 70 to 130 BPM. Each BPM round has three 100-kill sets.
After each set, enter your KPM result into the program.
CS LAB calculates your accuracy from KPM vs. target BPM and uses the result to find your baseline BPM.
Step 2: Follow the 6-Week Training Plan
Train 4 days per week.
Each training day has 10 guided 100-kill sets. For every set, the program gives you the exact
BPM target, runs the metronome, and tells you when to enter your KPM result.
Step 3: Track Your Progress In The App
The overview shows your program progress, baseline BPM, average KPM, calculated average accuracy, KPM progress, accuracy progress, and planned BPM roadmap.
Who This Program Is For
This program is especially useful for beginner to intermediate CS2 players, or any player who wants a more structured way to train first-shot timing.
✅ Practice cleaner first-shot timing
✅ Stop rushing shots
✅ Build a consistent and structured aim training routine
✅ Break through performance plateaus
✅ Track progress instead of guessing if training works
✅ Track progress instead of guessing if training works
Who This Program Is NOT For
This program is not for players looking for a complete aim course covering every mechanic. It does not replace deathmatch, recoil practice, crosshair placement, or real match experience. It is a focused training system for cleaner first-shot timing and structured Aim Botz progression.
